policy.NO AD TRACKERS
What we collect, why, and what we never do. Short version: almost nothing, and we don't sell anything.
Who is responsible
This site is operated by Novia Marketing (see the legal notice). For any privacy question or request, write to info@kitesurf.camp.
What we collect
- Newsletter: if you sign up, we store the name and email address you give us. They are used only to send you Kitesurf Camp news and partner-hotel offers. The form is processed by FormSubmit and the address list is stored privately by us. Every signup can be undone: reply "unsubscribe" to any email or write to us and we delete you from the list.
- Contact: if you email or call us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request.
- Kite Expert chat: questions typed into the chat are processed to generate an answer and may be logged anonymously to improve the site's FAQ content. Don't put personal details in the chat; they are not needed.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and operations.
What stays on your device
The site stores small preferences in your browser's local storage: whether you closed or completed the newsletter popup, and your chat history per page, so the widget remembers the conversation. This data never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data. We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers.
Outbound links
Links to hotels, schools, Booking.com, Skyscanner, YouTube and other third parties lead to sites with their own privacy policies, which apply from the moment you land there. Some of these are affiliate links, as disclosed in our terms of use.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under EU data protection law you can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop processing it. One email to info@kitesurf.camp is enough. If you believe we handled your data improperly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Changes
If we ever add tools that change what is collected, this page will be updated before they go live.
