Here the setup is inverted — the wave is at the door, and the flat lagoon is a ~10 min hotel shuttle, several runs a day.

The Kitesurf Camp verdict For riders who want more than the flat: sleep over the sand at the end of the desert, surf or wave-kite the right-hander out front, and shuttle to the lagoon when you want butter. Winter (Oct-Mar) brings the swell; summer brings wind and flatter water. Not the base for a first-tack family week — that's the lagoon camps' job.
